Blame.

Blame has only has a handful of runners on this side of the Atlantic, but he is a very successful sire in America.

This list below shows "USA Broodmare sires as a percentage of Black Type Winners to Racing Age Offspring", and Blame is at the top, showing how well his offspring do when they go to stud.

This filly is the first foal out of Goodthingstaketime, who placed five times in Stakes races, amassing over £100,000 in career earnings.

Race Day.

We have two runners today:

Big Things (Bay) makes his debut today in the 4:00 at Newcastle under Rowan. He is a very scopey son of Dark Angel, who runs in a competitive renewal of this mile novice race. This race was won last year by Surefire, a subsequent Royal Ascot winner, and in 2017 was won by Gr. 1 scorer, Without Parole.

Totes Emosh (Chestnut) travels to Wolverhampton to make her third start in the 6:45 under Faye, who rides her on course for the first time.

Best of luck to all connections.
